These terms govern your use of La Fabrrica services.
By accessing or using our website, visiting our showroom, or purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make purchases.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, colors, and specifications. However, actual colors may vary due to monitor settings and fabric dye lots. We recommend requesting physical samples before bulk orders.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include taxes or shipping charges unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
Most fabrics have a minimum order quantity of 3 meters. Bulk orders (100+ meters) may qualify for special pricing. Contact our sales team for custom MOQ requirements.
Orders are confirmed only after payment verification

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be settled through arbitration in Surat, Gujarat, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our website after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
